This isn't very nice....

I saw this today and I really didn't like it, but thought I would share it with you as I think its important to raise awareness that things like this do happen.

Clips like this are regularly taken on mobile phones. It is vital to show people how this can impact the lives of the others.

Pay As You Go is a play that discusses how this technology can be used to the harm of other people. The play runs here, at The Cock Tavern Theatre from now until the 14th August. It is a fantastic all round production, featuring some wonderful performances.

I think it is very important that issues like this are addressed by writers of both stage and screen. I told the office team how important it was to me that everybody had the opportunity to come and see it. They agreed, and decided to set up a special offer for Pay As You Go.

Now you can Bring a friend for free! Just go to the show page by clicking here, when you book tickets enter the promotional code "friend" and you can bring your friend to Pay As You Go absolutley free!

I hope to see you all there, lots of love,

I'm such a charming dog

I really am so cute and wonderful that all of London's theatre critics come and review our shows just to see me. Here are two reviews from The Stage and Public Review, that are lovely and its all because of me!

The Stage said about Subs:

"you don’t need to be a sub editor to enjoy this play"
"Dark, dirty but lovable"
"Naomi Waring is excellent"

Public Review on Pay As You Go

"Finally a play that lives up to its pedigree!"
"A bold, edgy piece of theatre"
"new writing that is engaging and entertaining"

Hang on a minute....There's no mention of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Lunchtime Update

Hello everyone! Happy Monday!

Since my Dad is out for a well deserved lunch-break from Hotel Sorentto rehearsals and with me already having eaten my snack I thought this would be a great time to write to you theatre lovers!

I'm having a great time here at the Cock, always meeting new creative and enthusiastic people. Today I met the cast of Hotel Sorrento and this evening I am going to enjoy the company of the cast, director and crew of Subs! You better make sure you come to see them perform in the amazing show they have created and have a peak at what it's like to work in the Sub-editing Department of a mens magazine! I'm not going to tell you anymore about the plot so I don't ruin it for you! I should also tell you that the play is a world premiere as it has not been performed before! It's on tonight at 7pm. I'll tell you more about our other amazing plays here at the Cock in the next days, so stay posted!

I'd better get going now, it stopped raining and I want to enjoy the breeze outside on the roof and play with my octopus before we start rehearsing again!

Have an amazing day everyone and see you all tonight! Love, Tickets xxx

Arts and Crafts

Whilst I eventually found Adam and now he tells me he's in rehearsals all day, I've been trying to keep myself busy so I don't miss him too much. I've been co-oridnating the get-ins and set builds of the two latest shows opening at The Cock Tavern Theatre to show off my artistic side!

I have incredible artistic flare and have been working with the wonderful design team here, and under my closely watching eye they have created 2 great sets for 2 wonderful shows.

Pay As You Go and Subs run as our current Peak and Off Peak shows and our very exciting. I have my outfit all lined up for the Press Night of Pay As You Go tonight, and then a new outfit ready to be unveiled for the Subs Press Night on Tuesday...can't wait, I should go now though as I appear to have lost my invites to the Press Nights- how very strange.....

Whilst I look for them I thought I would share a photograph of a previous Arts and Crafts project I worked on for my Dad, Adam.

Have a lovely weekend everybody, Tickets xxxx

Where's Adam?

I've been left in the office at The Cock Tavern today in the swealtering heat as London reaches 29 degrees! Hot! My dad's not here though so I am fending for myself against the other office staff and the hectic office which today is extra busy as the Pay As You Go cast and production team complete their get in, and put the final touches to their show before first preview tonight.

So as its such an important day here at The Cock, I am really confused as to why Adam (Dad) isn't here. I thought at first he was at the Soho Theatre sorting out bits and pieces before OperaUpClose present their production of La Boheme there, after its record-breaking run at The Cock Tavern. Although when I got up and headed over there I just found director Robin Norton Hale rehearsing with the cast!

So where is my Dad, and why has he left me? Then I spoke to Berislav, one of the Creative Producers in the office, and asked him where Dad was. He told me, and I was instantly incredibly excited. DADDY'S DIRECTING AGAIN! He's in rehearsal for the UK Premiere of Hotel Sorrento which opens at the Cock on August 17th. This is very exciting for me as he has been on a break since The York Realist at The Riverside Studios.

I can't wait to see all three of these productions at The Cock Tavern, and on top of that find out whats going in at that new mens Magazine "Gentlemen Prefer..." by watching Subs on Sunday night. Hopefully before then I will find Adam, maybe when he gets home a little later......
